About this Role
We are seeking a strategic and proactive Marketing Operations Manager to join our growing marketing team. This individual contributor role is ideal for a highly organized marketing professional with a successful track record spanning project management, operations, and coordination. As the right hand to the Head of Marketing, you’ll take on a high impact role in coordinating and executing campaigns, optimizing processes, and supporting key strategic workstreams. You’ll have the autonomy to lead projects, make impactful decisions, and elevate the marketing function while honing your skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy Execution: Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to implement marketing strategies, aligning initiatives with business objectives.
- Project Management: Oversee timelines, deliverables, and workflows for campaigns, website initiatives, and cross-functional projects to ensure smooth execution.
- Campaign Leadership: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social, events, and partner channels.
- Marketing Operations & Optimization: Own the operational side of marketing, including tools, processes, and data insights, to maximize team efficiency and impact.
- Team Collaboration: Act as a connector across teams, ensuring alignment with cross-functional stakeholders and external partners.

Candidate Requirements - Must Have
- 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role, with a proven ability to manage projects and campaigns end-to-end.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Collaboration & Project Management tools (e.g., Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, Monday).
- Experience using marketing tools and platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, or similar).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas simply and effectively.
- Demonstrated success in multitasking and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Based +/- 3 hours within UTC
Candidate Requirements - Should Have
- Advanced knowledge across multiple marketing disciplines (digital, social media, content, events).
- Experience in setting and analyzing performance metrics for marketing initiatives.
- Solid understanding of SEO, paid advertising, and/or email marketing best practices.
- Previous experience in a tech startup or high-growth environment, with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Experience working in a fast paced startup environment.
Candidate Requirements - Nice to Have
- Proficiency with design tools like Canva or Figma for light design and editing tasks.
- A passion for staying ahead of marketing trends and implementing innovative approaches.
- Web3 or blockchain industry experience.
