The Growth Partnerships Manager is responsible for developing strategic partnerships in the blockchain and crypto sectors, leading deal processes, conducting market analysis, and engaging with industry stakeholders to foster adoption of Layer 2 solutions. The role requires exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills.

The Compliance Lead will develop and implement internal policies, ensure KYC and AML compliance, educate teams on regulations, liaise with regulators, and prepare compliance reports for the Board. This role is pivotal to maintain adherence to regulatory obligations in the blockchain and cryptocurrency sectors.
