  • Content Creation: Support the development of marketing content, such as blog posts, articles, social media posts, and website content, by conducting research and drafting content in alignment with branding and messaging guidelines.
  • Editing and Review: Review, edit, and format content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines. Coordinate internal reviews and manage the feedback process to incorporate necessary changes and improvements.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure proposals comply with client requirements, contractual obligations, and industry standards. Perform quality assurance checks to guarantee the accuracy and completeness of proposal submissions.
  • Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborate with technical teams, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information, technical content, and resources required for content development. Coordinate meetings and facilitate communication to ensure all relevant information is obtained for content creation and approval.
  • Proposal Development: Support the proposal team with overflow. Organize and write proposal content, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with client requirements. Compile technical information, project descriptions, resumes, and other relevant materials to create comprehensive and persuasive proposals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience (2+ years) in marketing, proposal coordination, or a similar role, preferably within the engineering or construction industry.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple proposals simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex technical information clearly and concisely.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with Microsoft D365, Adobe Creative Suite, CRM databases, Canva, or proposal management software/tools is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in content and proposal development.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with RFP (Request for Proposal) processes or video editing skills is advantageous.

Remote Work Options: We offer flexible remote work options to accommodate different working styles and preferences. The Marketing Coordinator can work remotely, either full-time or part-time, depending on project requirements and team collaboration needs. Compensation Range:

$52,800.00 - $79,200.00
