Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Campaign Management:
- Unleash your creativity by planning, coordinating, and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive demand generation across social media, paid ads, and content marketing!
- Achieve campaign objectives, KPIs, and timelines that align with our business goals.
- Dive into data-driven insights to monitor and optimize campaign performance through A/B testing and segmentation.
- Collaborate with creative minds to develop messaging and deliver assets on time.
KOL Collaborations:
- Partner with influential Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to create authentic content that resonates with a wider audience.
- Harness the power of influencer marketing to amplify our brand's voice.
Events and Webinars:
- Organize engaging virtual or in-person launch events, webinars, and workshops to showcase our products and connect with potential customers.
- Be the face of Sartorius at local trade shows and industry events, increasing visibility and networking with key stakeholders.
Performance Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and actionable recommendations
- Generate post-campaign reports, highlighting ROI, successes, and areas for improvement.
- Stay ahead of the curve by driving innovation in campaign strategies and keeping up with industry trends.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with global marketing, regional sales, and marketing colleagues to ensure campaigns align with organizational objectives.
- Work hand-in-hand with external vendors, agencies, and partners to deliver top-notch campaign assets and initiatives.
- Be the go-to person for resolving operational challenges related to campaigns.
Marketing Operations Management:
- Develop and maintain efficient marketing workflows for consistency and scalability across campaigns.
- Manage marketing technology stacks, including CRM systems, automation tools, and analytics platforms.
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards like GDPR.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with operational goals.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Science, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing operations, campaign management, or a similar role.
- Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms like Salesforce, Marketo, Asana, Google Analytics, and Tableau.
- Savvy with video content creation/editing software (Adobe Premier Pro preferred).
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A creative spirit and a love for marketing.
