What You Will Do

  • Serve as a technical subject matter expert for marketing automation, advising on best practices and building lead journeys and experiences.
  • Work with data, segmentation, and marketing operations teams across MarTech tools and platforms.
  • Build, test, execute, and analyze email marketing campaigns.
  • Manage CRM integration and lead processes, including lead scoring, nurturing, segmentation, and data cleansing.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics, sharing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Govern tracking codes (UTM/CID), ensuring proper usage and capabilities.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage projects efficiently.
  • Develop data segmentation strategies for nurture lists in partnership with marketing teams.
  • Deliver performance metrics, insights, and optimization strategies to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to marketing planning and optimization for email nurture campaigns aligned with OKRs.
  • Partner with marketing technology and operations teams to optimize email marketing and ABM programs.


What You Will Have

  • Native or professional-level English proficiency.
  • 2–3 years of relevant marketing experience, with at least 1–2 years in software companies (security or SaaS preferred).
  • Experience with HubSpot and Salesforce (a plus, not mandatory).
  • Familiarity with 6Sense or other ABM platforms (a plus, not mandatory).
  • Proficiency in Excel and basic knowledge of database management.
  • Excellent communication skills—proactive and concise.
  • Comfort working with global teams across various time zones.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to use metrics to manage and optimize email marketing campaigns for engagement, conversion, and KPIs.
