A Marketing Automation Specialist at Infobip is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing automated marketing campaigns across various channels. Responsibilities include monitoring and analyzing campaign performance, integrating marketing automation tools with CRM systems, reporting, and conducting A/B testing to optimize campaign messaging and strategy.

The role also involves working with various departments and stakeholders in defining KPIs and implementing the latest best practices and industry standards.

What will you do?

  • Review and optimize inbound marketing processes.
  • Standardize and document inbound marketing procedures.
  • Optimize user-to-user conversion rates through analysis and A/B testing.
  • Collaborate with Sales for seamless communication.
  • Integrate CRM strategies and tools with cross-functional teams.
  • Generate and analyze detailed campaign performance reports.
  • Assist in data selection and segmentation for marketing automation.
  • Track and optimize email campaign performance.
  • Enhance email marketing campaigns with Content and Design teams.
  • Improve customer-to-user conversion rates through targeted campaigns.

More about you:

  • 3 years of experience in marketing or related fields, with a focus on inbound marketing processes, CRM strategies, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience collaborating with different teams to ensure effective communication and alignment on marketing strategies.
  • CRM Integration: Experience integrating CRM strategies and tools with cross-
