Job Description
We are looking for a talented and driven Marketing Automation Manager to oversee the entire customer journey for LiveJasmin, catering to both members and models. This role will focus on delivering and executing strategic automated campaigns and implementing comprehensive marketing automation processes to optimize conversion, engagement, retention, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities, while having also team leadership responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
User Journey Strategy
- Develop and execute end-to-end (E2E) user journey strategies that align with business objectives, from user acquisition through to conversion, engagement, retention, and upsell/cross-sell.
- Plan, create, and manage tailored automated marketing workflows across the entire customer lifecycle, (e.g. email marketing, retargeting, push notifications, etc.) with a focus on improving conversion rates, driving engagement, retention, upsell/cross-sell and enhancing business outcomes.
- Build and analyze user segments to deliver personalized experiences and targeted touchpoints and messaging at each stage of the customer lifecycle.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Product teams to identify optimal touchpoints within the user funnel, ensuring consistent messaging and a seamless experience across all marketing channels.
- Select, implement, and manage relevant automation platforms and CRM integrations, along with all contractual and operational requirements associated with them. Ensure objectives are met while maintaining cost-effectiveness. (e.g., Emarsys, Blueshift, HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, etc.).
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing automation and CRM.
- Develop documentation and guidelines for processes, workflows, and best practices to ensure consistency and efficiency.
Marketing Automation & Campaign Execution
- Work closely with the Product Marketing Manager, extended Marketing team, and cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute integrated campaigns that align with business goals throughout the user lifecycle.
- Develop and execute automated campaigns, including touchpoints, content, and CTAs, designed to increase conversion, engagement, retention, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Manage the creation of high-quality content for email marketing, push notifications, retargeting campaigns or any other tactics needed throughout the user journey. Collaborate closely with the Product Marketing Manager/Content Marketing Manager and Design teams.
- Oversee A/B testing to optimize campaign performance, including testing content, design elements, timing, and CTAs.
- Ensure email deliverability and compliance with GDPR and other applicable regulations for email marketing, automation, and CRM-related tactics.
- Maintain data quality, integration, and hygiene across all platforms to ensure accurate targeting and reporting.
Reporting & Optimization
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, build and provide detailed reports and actionable insights on key KPIs through analytics and data visualization platforms.
- Continuously test and refine strategies based on performance data, user feedback, and market trends.
- Create and present regular and campaign-specific reports to the Product Marketing Manager and other relevant stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Identify opportunities for automation, personalization, and process improvement to enhance overall campaign effectiveness and drive business growth.
- Manage the dedicated team of marketing professionals, guiding them on email marketing/marketing automation strategy, execution, and professional development.
- Facilitate collaboration across relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful implementation of initiatives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in marketing automation and CRM management.
- Proven experience with and strong understanding of relevant tools for marketing automation, analytics and data visualization, including AI-driven ones (e.g. Emarsys, Blueshift, HubSpot, Marketo, Tableau or similar platforms).
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and segmentation strategies.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing and data-driven optimization.
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email templates is a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Strong knowledge of data privacy, email and marketing automation compliance standards.
- Native or proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Creative, innovative, proactive, results-oriented, and growth-focused mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, complex, collaborative environment with diverse teams.
- Strong collaboration and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is a plus. Equivalent professional experience can also be considered.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
