Responsibilities for the Marketing Associate include:
- Professionally communicate brand messaging and promote our client’s services to potential customers.
- Build and nurture connections with customers through effective communication.
- Apply creative problem-solving skills while maintaining integrity in all customer interactions.
- Develop a thorough understanding of our client’s products/services to effectively communicate their benefits to consumers.
- Provide valuable customer feedback to the Marketing Associate Manager to improve customer retention efforts.
- Participate in weekly meetings to review marketing strategies and address client needs.
- Network with other Marketing Associates to share insights and improve communication techniques.
We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:
- A degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to remain calm and proactive when addressing challenges.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse audience.
- A desire to learn, expand your skill set, and grow professionally.
- A proactive approach to feedback, with the ability to implement changes effectively.
- Previous experience in marketing, promotions, or sales roles is a plus.
