About The Role
We are looking for a Marketing Associate/Manager to join our EMEA Marketing team, based in Zurich. This role will suit someone with existing financial services marketing experience who is passionate about product marketing as well as driving channel-specific marketing initiatives. You will work closely with the wider marketing, product, and country teams to execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, product adoption, and market growth across the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of product marketing strategies to drive the adoption of 21Shares’ digital asset ETPs across EMEA markets.
- Coordinate and execute product campaigns, including email and social media promotion.
- Collaborate with sales leaders to tailor marketing initiatives to specific regions, ensuring alignment with local market needs and cultural nuances.
- Assist in the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, and digital content, to support sales and market outreach.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform marketing plans and identify opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and tone across all marketing channels.
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, providing regular reports and insights for optimization.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in financial services, fintech, or a related industry
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in German is an advantage
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Adobe)
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Interest in digital assets and a willingness to learn about the crypto ecosystem.

This role is based in Zürich, and will be expected to work from Zürich office in a hybrid model Monday - Wednesday.
