As a Marketing Associate working for Taylor Morrison, you will work closely with the Marketing Manager in the coordination and execution of assigned marketing activities in an efficient and effective manner by providing analytical, organizational and coordination support – ensuring all deliverables are created on time and accurately according to the brand standards.

We trust that as a Marketing Associate you will: (responsibilities)

  • Assist Area Marketing Director and Marketing Manager with any and all tasks as assigned to provide support to implement all marketing programs
  • On a daily basis coordinate marketing request and projects to ensure creation and delivery of regional and local marketing materials.
  • Responsible for maintaining various departmental reports and files
  • Coordinate with vendors and the corporate brand and communications teams in the request, creation and printing of any marketing collateral and materials and PR task as assigned.
  • Assist with sales model projects, including planning and implementation for new sales models and community openings (order phone numbers, equipment, assist with planning and layout, installs, etc.)
  • Support with the production, planning, and staffing of special projects and events, grand openings, etc. as assigned.
  • Draft, edit and proof compelling and effective copy.
  • Write and submit aware nominations to multiple, local building industry associations.
  • Schedule/order/save inventory and model home, event and other photography through 3rd party vendors
  • Create PowerPoint presentations, marketing plans and other documents.
  • Traffic marketing request and manage deadlines from inception through completion
  • Schedule, gather, organize and maintain visual assets in the media library (photography, art, virtual tours, etc)
  • Administer collateral as needed and maintain all collateral supplies including but not limited to, sales center displays, floor plans and site maps
  • Assist Sales Associates with marketing requests, troubleshooting and coordinate the setup of new sales offices
  • Provide various administrative supports to Marketing Manager on a daily basis including coding and processing of invoices, scheduling of meetings/rooms, ordering of supplies, printing, etc
  • Responsible for ordering, coordinating, and installation of model exterior signage, entrance signage, and off-site signage
  • Provide required information to the Marketing Manager for development of marketing programs, collateral, etc
  • Schedule, gather, organize and maintain visual assets in the media library (photography, art, virtual tours, etc)
  • Coordinate advertising, signage and other programs and liaison with vendors as assigned
  • Administer collateral and maintain all collateral supplies, samples, and flies including floor plans, sales materials and creative samples.
  • Coordinate website updates as assigned
  • Order promotional items, floor plans, and other printed collateral, shipping and inventory management.
  • Assist Marketing Manager with coordination of all digital web, online and social initiatives as assigned
  • Coordinate the creation and execution of regular promotional campaigns.
  • Maintain and organize project files, budgets, spreadsheets and other project resources as required.
  • Provide various administrative support including coding and processing of invoices, scheduling of meetings/rooms, ordering of supplies, printing, shipping of materials, preparation of reports, etc.
  • Assist with additional tasks as assigned.

About you:

  • 1-2 years of marketing or related experience
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or other related field preferred
  • You are proficient in all Microsoft Office Applications as well as have savvy computer skills
  • You are a strong in communication skills both oral and written
  • You are customer service oriented and believe customer is number one priority

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Will have responsibilities such as:

  • This position is considered a non-exempt position for purposes of wage-hour law, which means that you will be required to keep a time record and will be eligible for overtime pay.

Physical Demands:

  • Must be able to able to remain in a stationary position up to 50% of the time
  • The ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
