We are a global, remote start-up that partners with US cannabis companies to provide support in Our team's unique expertise enables us to drive innovation in this rapidly developing industry. Our marketing team is expected to drive over $10M+ in sales for clients this holiday season.

We are seeking a passionate Marketing Associate with client facing experience preferred. You will support the strategy and execution of marketing campaigns to acquire, engage, and retain customers in the exciting legal cannabis market.

This is a high-impact role managing email and ad promotions that are seen by millions of customers per month. In addition to building consumer-facing communications, the Marketing Associate will also report on campaign metrics, and learn how to make actionable recommendations based on data. You will work closely with Headquarters internal team and partners to create delightful customer experiences.
This is a full-time (8 working hours per day) role.
It requires working 4 hours a day 8am - 12pm (Pacific Standard Time), while the other 4 hours are flexible.
*You are entitled to a one-hour break within these 8 hours.

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 1 year of marketing experience
    • Experience with email marketing platforms preferred
  • Demonstrated analytical skills
    • Experience with Google Analytics preferred
  • Demonstrated creative skills
    • Experience with Adobe Suite or Figma is preferred
Requirements
  • Support Email and Paid Social marketing campaign process from:
    • Concepting
    • Brief kickoffs
    • Design
    • Copywriting
    • Launch
    • Reporting
  • Aggregate, summarize, and share campaign results that have clear insights and takeaways
  • Contribute to weekly strategy meetings to ensure revenue goals are hit
  • Support weekly A/B testing efforts to improve conversion rates / revenue per user
  • Serve as a HQ point of contact for marketing clients, alongside other team mates
