This role will be covering ShopBack Hong Kong market, and the headcount is based in Malaysia.
Your Adventure Ahead
- Coordinates the scheduling of assets onsite and ensures adequate exposure for every deal secured by the Business Development team.
- Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns.
- Manage and maintain the assets on various platforms on ShopBack including the app and web.
- Schedule and upload marketing offers onto ShopBack's internal platform daily.
- Investigate and proactively resolve any operations issues with the Business Development team.
- Optimise platform assets, analyze website performance and data regularly, and share key insights/learnings with the internal marketing team.
- Drive projects with the product and engineering team to improve workflow processes by automation.
Essentials to Succeed
- Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing.
- Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese/Cantonese and English is required to communicate with stakeholders in the market.
- Strong sense of responsibility.
- Able to investigate and solve problems.
- Proactive to take initiatives to resolve issues fast and able to work independently.
- Meticulous and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive work attitude with good communication skills.
- Responsive and fast worker.
- Candidates with basic Excel skills are preferred.
- Experience working with HK market/clients will be a big plus.
