Marketing and Communication
- Support to promote GT brand
- Identify and create opportunity to promote GT shareholders in the Italian/European market
- Create, Develop and Promote GT social media activities (example, Linkedin)
- Work with the Italian external communication agency on media relation activities.
- Assist in distributing marketing materials, internal newsletters, press releases, seminar materials, client updates and other client communications, as needed.
- Assist in the deployment of programs and events hosted/sponsored by the firm, such as teleconferences, webinars, seminars and other events, including the development and production of marketing materials and on-site logistics.
- Assist and organize all the media relation initiatives (i.e. press release, social media activities, coordination with the external PR for article or interviews’ initiatives),
- Work on the first draft of brochure and/or RFP, the first draft of league table submission such as Chambers & Partners, Legal 500, IFLR, LegalCommunity, TopLegal.
- Drafting and implementing Branding Messaging externally and internally
- Prepare the first draft of Graphics or be in contact with the dedicated team in GT.
- Assist in organizing Events after being agreed with the BD Manager
Business Development
- Work with office marketing team to support attorney requests.
- Help the flow of information from attorneys to marketing team, including as it relates to attorney biographies, practice area description updates, experience tracking news and activities data, press releases, etc.
- Support the creation of client-facing documents including pitches, proposals, presentations, and responses to RFPs
- Support monthly office marketing and business development activity update
- Be in contact with the Marketing Intelligence Team for ad hoc researches
Internal Communication
- Collaborate with marketing and other business professionals throughout the firm across functions and teams to provide information about Milan capabilities, experience and statistics
- Collaborate to promote internal communication plan and social media policies
- Input data into relevant data bases and make sure information is stored/saved correctly
Other
- Work on other projects as assigned
- Work with other marketing colleagues in the network

Qualifications & Prior Experience
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- English high proficiency
- High level of proficiency using Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word and Excel)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows
- Experiences working with Adobe PDF and a CRM platform, as well, are considered a plus
- Candidate should be flexible to work overtime as needed.
