- Assist to create/delist product listing for the annual catalogue within the timeline.
- Maintain the SAP database - creation, modification and deletion of products and suppliers
- Manage the Supplier Database - contacts, addresses ISO registration, marketing contributions
- Manage supplier re-chase tasks for product & supplier data, contributions
- Coordiinate supplier mailings
- Liaise closely with replenishment, warehouses, customer service and sales representatives to solve catalogue product issues.
- Fast response with all technical product inquiries to ensure customer experience is not jeopardize
- Provide efficient support to PM team and answer queries via email in their absence.
- All other ad-hoc reasonable assignment assigned to you from time to time
- Intern allowance range between RM600-RM800 monthly.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in marketing / business administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel)
- Effective communicator ; well verse in verbal and written communication in English and native language
