Marketing and Events Representative

IVitamin is seeking a versatile and results-driven Marketing and Events Representative to take charge of all aspects of our marketing efforts. As the Marketing and Events Representative, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our brand, driving customer engagement, creating marketing campaigns and strategies for our fractional franchise and fueling the growth of our business.

Our Infusion Hydration Lounges are boutique medical facilities located in downtown Austin and North Austin, designed for the health-conscious and wellness-driven. We offer a range of IV vitamin hydration therapies and regenerative IVs both in our lounges and through mobile services to clients’ homes or offices. Our clients come to us looking to boost their energy, improve their health, and achieve balance through IV hydration therapy.

Key Responsibilities
1. Content Creation and Social Media Management:

• Develop, schedule, and manage engaging content for all social media platforms.
• Create graphics and multimedia content that align with brand aesthetics.
• Work with influencers to create new business opportunities.

2. Email Marketing:

• Design and execute email nurture campaigns to build customer relationships and drive sales.
• Analyze campaign metrics and improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.

3. Website Maintenance and SEO:

• Oversee website updates, ensure functionality, and maintain consistent branding.
• Optimize web content for SEO to improve search engine rankings
• Understand how to use tools like Google Search Console and GA4 to measure site performance and consumer engagement.

4. Internal Marketing Campaigns:

•  Create promotional materials and campaigns to support in-lounge marketing efforts.
• Develop materials for membership programs and seasonal promotions.

5. Partnerships and Events:

• Reach out to local businesses for partnerships and sponsorship opportunities.
• Plan and execute flawless wellness events to promote IVitamin services.
• Work alongside the sales representative and internal team to coordinate all events.

6. Analytics and Reporting:

• Measure and report on the effectiveness of all marketing campaigns.
• Provide insights and recommendations for future strategies.
• Work closely with Director of Operations to meet KPIs that drive growth for the business

Qualifications

• Proven experience in marketing, social media management, content creation, and email nurture campaigns. Minimum of 5 years experience preferred.
• Proficient in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
• Strong knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp).
• Familiarity with website management tools (e.g., WordPress).
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Passion for health, wellness, and promoting a balanced lifestyle.
• Experience launching new products and services with proven successful results.
• Experience in event coordination and maximizing results through marketing efforts.
