The Marketing and Customer Support Assistant position entails providing primary client-facing customer service for our residential outreach initiatives. Success in this position requires the Marketing and Customer Support Assistant to work independently, provide immediate sales solutions, be professional, and document interactions within our systems.

Marketing and Customer Support Assistant Candidate Qualities:

  • Multi-task and prioritize required.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects/tasks at a time.
  • Knowledge of customer service, sales, marketing, business, or communications.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, particularly in a phone or email context.
  • Strong communication skills and basic computer knowledge.
