What We Need:
We are seeking a dynamic Employee Experience and Internal Communications Partner who will play a crucial role in enhancing and shaping our workplace culture. You'll design, implement, and oversee initiatives focused on employee engagement, well-being, retention, and overall satisfaction. Your goal is to make our company an Employer of Choice, aligning closely with our values and mission.
What You Will Do:
- Develop and execute employee experience strategies, from onboarding through the entire employee lifecycle.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives, including recognition programs, feedback channels, and team-building activities.
- Analyze feedback from employee surveys to gain actionable insights and implement targeted improvements.
- Facilitate company town halls, ERGs ensuring clear communication and engagement between leadership and employees.
- Arrange interactive "Lunch with Leaders" sessions to promote open dialogue and transparency.
- Create memorable "moments that matter" to enhance employee morale, pride, and engagement.
- Partner with HR, leadership, and managers to identify areas of improvement and implement effective solutions.
- Utilize data and employee feedback to continuously refine and enhance the employee experience.
- Manage digital and traditional channels to amplify recruitment marketing and candidate engagement.
- Collaborate with content partners to amplify and elevate the Synapse Health message and content, that can be leveraged across internal audiences.
- Create and distribute internal newsletters, announcements, and updates.
What You Have:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field required.
- Experience developing and implementing employee-focused programs and initiatives.
- Proactive, creative, and empathetic approach to improving workplace culture.
- Experience analyzing engagement metrics and implementing data-driven improvements.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premier, Rush).
- High-level creative/strategic thinking skills with experience in brainstorming and implementing marketing, social media and event programs.
- Candidates should be forward thinkers comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
