About the Role:

Remitly is increasing its investment in building new products to provide customers additional value when they have a need to transfer money. As a Data Analyst, you will be the analytical owner of the top of funnel domain, analyzing the user funnel and influence strategic decisions

The data analyst should master both technical skills of data analysis, ability to present data in coherent way with a strong business understanding

You will be working in the Analytics team while the main stakeholders will be Product Marketing Managers who are responsible for the top-of-funnel domain

You Will:

  • Analyze the user funnel to drive strategic decisions for the top-of-funnel domain.
  • Focus on customer segmentation to enhance Product Market Fit and inform marketing strategies.
  • Design and conduct A/B tests to gather insights for growing the customer base.
  • Utilize technical skills in data analysis to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets.
  • Present data findings in a clear and coherent manner to facilitate stakeholder understanding.
  • Collaborate with the Analytics team and engage with Product Marketing Managers to align analytics with marketing goals.

You Have:

  • At least 4 years of experience in data analytics, experimentation, A/B tests, and user segmentation
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL enabling comprehensive database querying and complex data manipulation
  • Ability to present complex information in easily understood visualizations (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker etc.).
  • Ability to present in English the analytical story to executives, channel owners, and partners
  • Biased for Action: willing to build the first prototype, and continuously improve based on learnings.
  • Possess a natural curiosity to dive into the details and have a strong analytical mindset.

Nice to have:

  • Experience analyzing experiments with advanced statistics
  • Knowledge in R or Python - Advantage
