About the role

As a Marketing Alliance Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our partners, driving joint marketing initiatives, and ensuring the successful execution of channel programs. You are a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of partner ecosystems. 

What you’ll do

Partner Relationship Management: 

  • Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key partners. 
  • Act as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing their needs and concerns. 
  • Collaborate with partners to identify opportunities for growth and mutual success. 

Channel Program Development: 

  • Design and implement effective alliance program that align with the company's overall marketing strategy. 
  • Create and manage marketing initiatives and campaigns to drive partner engagement and sales. 
  • Develop partner enablement materials, including sales tools, training resources, and marketing collateral. 

Performance Monitoring and Reporting: 

  • Track and analyze the performance of partners, providing regular reports to the Head of Marketing. 
  • Set performance targets and KPIs for partners and monitor their progress. 
  • Conduct regular business reviews with partners to assess performance and identify areas for improvement. 

Collaboration and Communication: 

  • Work closely with internal teams, including sales, product, and customer support, to ensure alignment and support for channel initiatives. 
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between the company and its partners. 
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and partner meetings. 

Market Intelligence: 

  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities. 
  • Provide insights and recommendations to the marketing team based on market intelligence and partner feedback. 

 What you’ll bring

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in channel or alliance partner management or a similar role. 
  • Proven track record of successfully managing partner relationships and driving channel programs. 
  • Recent experience testing Account Based Marketing practices (ABM) 
  • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and indirect sales models. 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically. 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. 
  • Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools – preferably HubSpot. 
  • Willingness to travel as needed. 

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $90k - $110k.

Analyst1 salary ranges are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, location and relevant education or training.
