Marketeer albelli (Benelux)

About the role:

Do you want to further grow the albelli brand in the Netherlands and Belgium by realizing the ambitious goals? Do you get excited about a motivated team and do you want to take albelli to the next level? Then you could be our new Marketeer albelli! You coordinate and implement marketing campaigns and you are always looking for new initiatives and improvements for our consumer brand albelli. You have a focus on expanding albelli's market share and turnover.

Your daily adventure at Storio:

• As Marketeer albelli, you will work in the Benelux market team in Amsterdam - a small team of ambitious professionals with a great passion for marketing. The market team is responsible for the market strategy and the development and execution of the marketing strategy, including all local campaigns.
• Contribute to the development of the marketing and sales plan for the fiscal year.
• Together with the market lead, delivering local forecasts and marketing plans.
• Developing, briefing and aligning local campaigns and strategic partnerships.
• Contribute to operationalising and executing the marketing strategy in close cooperation with central functions such as online marketing and design.
• Purchasing and developing local media (e.g. branded content and print)
• Collaborate with external agencies

How you make your mark:

• You help define and execute the marketing strategy, working closely with the Market Lead and collaborating with central functions and channel owners. 
• You are the customer champion – you understand the motivators and drivers of customers and ensure this is applied in campaigns across all channels and touchpoints.
• You understand the competition – you monitor and report on competitor activity and highlight trends and insights to the stakeholders across the business.

What you bring to the party:

• For this position, we are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, proactive and someone who can pick things up quickly. You are data-driven, can prioritize well and take ownership of the brand in the market to take it to the next level. In addition, you bring the following:
• Bachelor or Master degree (Business or Marketing)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in B2C e-commerce environment
• Background in direct response/performance based marketing
• You are entrepreneurial, with a focus on results
• You have excellent analytical skills & able to summarize findings in a clear and concise way
• Knowledge of Looker, Adobe and or other marketing software
• You are used to making decisions based on data and analysis
• You are a team player and work in an organized way
• You have extensive knowledge of the Dutch and Flemish markets
• Fluent in Dutch (native) and English

Extra Kudos for Experience:

• Experience with personalized products and/or the online printing market… or similar 
• Experience working within the OKR process
