Job purpose:

The Market Research – Alteryx/Tableau Data Analyst at PHINIA will play a crucial role in enhancing our existing data analysis models and developing and improving dashboards to facilitate enterprise-level reviews. This position offers a unique opportunity to apply hands-on experience in both Alteryx and Tableau, contributing to the optimization of our Market Research forecasting processes. 

Key responsibilities:

• Work with the Global Market Research team to understand the current models in Alteryx/Tableau.
• Develop and implement enhancements to improve functionality and user experience.
• Test and troubleshoot enhancements to ensure optimal performance.
• Stay updated with the latest features and best practices with data analytics software.
• Preparation of presentations, reports, and other analysis as required.

What we’re looking for:

• Ability to summarize and analyze large amounts of data.
• Must have hands on experience in handling data in Alteryx and experience in creating workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science or related field is required AND three (3) years related experience applying sophisticated quantitative skills to derive useful information from very large, varied and unstructured datasets.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required
• Advanced proficiency in database queries and data analysis required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to learning and development.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and other analysis to support Executive Management, Sales & Business Development teams
