Work Arrangement:This role is based remotely, but if you live within a 50-mile radius of Atlanta, Austin, Detroit, Warren, Pontiac, Milford or Mountain View, you are expected to report to that location three times a week, at minimum.The Role:Talent Acquisition is looking for a Manufacturing Lead for skilled trades and non-skilled trades hourly hiring. As a Lead in the TA Organization, you will drive process excellence and standard technology usage to ultimately deliver against business demand. This can be an entry level management position and can have a team anywhere from 5-12 recruiters. Responsibilities:Results Orientation: Lead and develop a team of engaged recruiting professionals who strategically deliver on business hiring needs with speed, quality, and diversity,Strategic Orientation: Proactively partner with business, DEI, and HR leadership to understand future plans, recruiting implications of these plans, and develop effective strategies to attract, assess, and hire in a differentiated way,People Leadership: Drive results and accountability for team and individual performance goals with a clear focus on metrics and data, and invest in continuous development around the skills and competencies of your team,Collaboration Customer Focus: Build connectivity between and across TA, People org, and business to deliver a positive experience for internal and external stakeholders,Change Leadership: Lead with data, analytics, and actionable insights to drive operational excellence and systems capable of scaling,Market Knowledge: Be informed and curious about industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in talent acquisition to enhance the recruitment experience.
