Clickedu is a Sanoma company that offers school administration systems and digital learning environments for K-12, secondary schools, and vocational training schools. The software provided by Clickedu includes a cloud-based school platform with academic, administrative, and financial management tools, a virtual learning environment connected to digital books and free content, and management systems for teachers, tutors, and heads of studies. It also supports the quality management of educational centers and facilitates communication with families. Clickedu serves nearly 700 centers with 1,500,000 users across Spain and Andorra.

We put the student at the core, helping teachers, administrators, secretaries, and management staff make their daily tasks more productive. We are currently seeking a skilled Manual Tester to join our dynamic team.
Work setup 🌍
We offer a hybrid setup (three days working from home, two days in the office). Your designated home office should be in Spain, and you are expected to work exclusively within Spain.
Role responsibilities

Get to know the features to plan tests and document test efforts through test cases and test plans

Actively engage in feature requirement gathering

Prepare test data
-
Investigate and report issues
-
Suggest UI/UX improvements
-
Plan and conduct manual tests
-
Plan and conduct release testing
-
Triage incidents reported by our end users
-
Smoke testing preview and production releases
-
Regression testing
-
Propose QA processes improvements
-
Update relevant stakeholders about release testing status, open issues, etc
Must-have requirements
✅Previous experience in manual testing: 3+ years of experience,
✅Previous experience in agile methodologies: Scrum,
✅Active participation in agile rituals (refinements, dailies, retros, planning),
✅Knowledge about QA methodologies,
✅Test case creation and management experience,
✅Attention to detail,
✅Ability to create detailed and understandable documentation (bug reports, etc.),
✅Experience using the browser's dev tools for root cause analysis and bug reporting,
✅Self-management skills,
✅Proactivity, Empathy, Adaptability, Clear Communication,
✅Understanding of the HTTP protocol,
✅Experience with API testing (either standalone or integrated via FE),
✅ English proficiency: B1/C2 (both written and spoken communication),
✅ Spanish proficiency: B2/C1 (both written and spoken communication).
Nice-to-have requirements
💠 Knowledge in Accessibility testing,
💠 Knowledge of the concept of "shift left",
💠 Basic knowledge of programming languages (preferably JavaScript or TypeScript),
💠 Basic knowledge of UI or API test automation.
