Sanoma Learning’s Kampus development focuses on creating a cloud-native platform for secondary education. The platform is used by tens of thousands of teachers and students on a daily basis.
The development team is international and consists of enthusiastic, friendly and talented members.
QA tester will be working as a manual tester in QA team with 5 other colleagues (3 QA Automation Engineers and 2 fellow QA Testers).
Role responsibilities

Get to know the features to plan tests

Take part in feature requirement planning

Identify which of the stories require testing (Infrastructure tasks vs development tasks)

Prepare test data
-
Investigate and report issues
-
Suggest UI/UX improvements
-
Plan and conduct manual tests
-
Plan and conduct release testing
-
Manage releases, create release testing pages
-
Smoke testing preview and production releases
-
Regression testing
-
Improve QA processes
-
Update relevant stakeholders about release testing status, open issues, etc
Must-have requirements
-
Previous experience in manual testing (3+ years)
-
Previous experience in agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe...)

Knowledge about QA methodologies

Attention to detail
-
Ability to create detailed and understandable documentation (bug reports, test plans, etc.)

Good communication and documentation skills in English

A positive attitude and ability to work in an international team

Self-management skills
Nice-to-have requirements

Knowledge in Atlassian tools: Jira & Confluence

Knowledge in Accessibility testing

Basic knowledge of programming languages
