Description
We’re a fast-growing fintech company focused on building innovative financial solutions that are secure, reliable, and user-friendly. We’re looking for a detail-oriented Junior Manual QA Engineer to help ensure the quality of our applications and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute manual test cases to validate new features and ensure stability of the platform
- Identify, document, and track bugs using issue tracking tools (e.g., Jira)
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other QA team members to clarify requirements and improve product quality
- Perform regression, smoke, and exploratory testing
- Help create and maintain test documentation
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in manual QA
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Good understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA processes
- Experience with web and mobile application testing
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, TestRail, or similar is a plus
- A team player with a proactive mindset
Nice to Have:
- Experience in fintech or regulated industries
