J.P. Morgan Mansart Management Limited ("Mansart") is a boutique asset management company within the JP Morgan group responsible for creating specialised derivative based fund solutions in the rapidly growing area of rules-based investment strategies. The team works closely with sales, legal, compliance, portfolio management, and other business functions across multi-asset classes to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
The Team
The Mansart Structuring team is responsible for overall product management life cycle of fund launches from inception to fund delivery. It develops and oversees a variety of mutual funds, including equity, fixed income, commodities, cross-asset and alternatives strategies globally. The mutual funds managed by Mansart are both UCITs and AIFs and regulated in different jurisdictions.
The Fund Documentation Specialist role presents an exciting opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing business and team, working with internal and external clients.
Opportunity
We are looking for an associate or analyst with prior experience working at an asset manager in a client service / product documentation role. The primary responsibility would be to support the structuring team in its role to ensure the relevant documentation and information is available to investors and/or distributors, contribute to developing new funds, as well as assisting in the ongoing management and maintenance of the existing range of funds.
You would need to have some knowledge of mutual funds and relevant regulation, be a self-starter and self-motivated individual.
You would join an already existing team and work on building and enhancing the current framework to adapt to continuous evolution and new product launch.
This is a role that requires the individual to demonstrate a range of skills from being able to work at a fast pace, willing to take ownership of processes, and effective communication to analytical problem solving and teamwork.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing support to the Structuring team during the launch of new funds:

  1. answering due diligence questionnaires,
  2. assisting in the creation of new marketing material,
  3. setting up and overseeing product information on company website and external databases etc. across jurisdictions,
  4. ensuring availability and accuracy of fund documentation (prospectus, PRIIPs KID, UCITS KIID, EMT, EPT, EET)
  5. assist with passporting of funds in jurisdictions of distribution and coordinate tax reporting where relevant.


- Maintaining and ensuring completeness of the above information during the life of the funds;
- Providing full support for reporting, product review, audits, semi-annual and annual reports across multiple funds and fund platforms in different jurisdictions.
- Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of market and industry trends and regulation and assessing their impact on the existing product range.
Requirements
The candidate will need to have:

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to details, with the ability to organise priorities and pick up new information quickly;
  • Interpersonal skills including the ability to manage multiple projects, navigate cross functional teams and takes ownership to see things through;
  • Ideal prior roles in operations or fund lifecycle management;
  • Broad understanding of portfolio management and UCITs and AIFMD regulatory requirements;
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint.
