What you’ll be doing:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy aligned with Kantar’s Global objectives to drive growth and market leadership in Finland.
- Apply proven commercial leadership to drive revenue growth and profitability, using market insights and client relationships.
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with key clients, understanding their outstanding needs and ensuring the delivery of high-quality research solutions.
- Provide effective leadership to the local team, ensuring operational efficiency, adherence to global standards, and high-quality service delivery.
- Develop and manage the annual budget for Kantar Insights Finland, monitoring financial performance against targets.
The ideal skills & experience:
- Ideally research agency experience, with a strong local client network and understanding of the market.
- Commercially savvy, with a track record in developing offers that respond to client/market demands while ensuring profitability.
- Proven in building performance-based cultures, implementing robust fields and processes for business development and cross-selling.
- Intrinsic approachability, encouraging visibility within the business, and operating authentically to encourage trust among teams and peers.
