Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the achievement of the country's operational and financial goals

• Developing and implementing a long-term strategy to drive profitability and sustainable growth

• Building and nurturing high-value C-level client relationships to drive revenue expansion. Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with major customers, government departments, and other stakeholders.

• Engaging in long-term strategic planning, determining the policies of the organization, allocating resources, and making decisions regarding country growth and diversification to accomplish the organization's vision

• Developing strategic business transformations to create revenue growth

• Developing and implementing corporate annual business plans

• Controlling, directing, and participating in the activities of the country through a hierarchy of managers and supervisors

• President of the Management Board for Kyndryl Poland and Kyndryl Polska Business Services, fulfilling statutory responsibilities (compliance with laws and regulations)

Who You Are

You work well within a team environment and are comfortable adapting your responsibilities as the project needs evolve. However, equally as important – you have a growth mindset; keen to drive your own personal and professional development. Required Skills and Experience

• Previous experience in senior leadership positions, with a strong focus on general management, business strategy, and operational oversight

• Experience in managing large teams and directing complex organizational structures

• Proven ability to drive business growth and transformation in alignment with local market dynamics

• A deep understanding of business growth strategies, including experience in market expansion, resource allocation, and diversification initiatives, preferably within the IT Strategy & Consulting industry

• Experience in long-term strategic planning, determining the policies of the organization, allocating resources, and making decisions regarding company growth and diversification

• Financial acumen, with the ability to interpret financial data, manage budgets, and achieve financial objectives, ensuring sustainable profitability

• Background in sales and consulting and understanding of the local market potential

• Excellent communication skills to articulate the impact and business benefits of solutions

• Fluency in English and Polish

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Experience working in diverse international environments, with an appreciation of cultural nuances and regional market dynamics

• Previous experience in the IT services consulting industry

• A degree in business, economics, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree
