Your Role:
- Effectively lead the entire hiring process, from initial candidate outreach to offer as per recruitment goals
- Conduct thorough market mapping to identify and engage top talent using various sourcing channels and innovating in recruitment strategies
- Manage and optimise the hiring dashboard to efficiently track hiring metrics, including conversation ratios and process speed, ensuring a smooth recruitment cycle
- Champion innovation and improve hiring outcomes by implementing new methodologies, new sourcing methods and recruitment tools
- Maintain high standards of candidate engagement through proactive communication and meticulous follow-up, ensuring a positive candidate journey
- Drive cross-functional team collaboration to leverage collective expertise, enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of the recruitment process
- Enhance stakeholder and candidate management by emphasising effective communication and engagement strategies, ensuring an exceptional experience for all parties involved
Qualifiers:
- 10+ years experience of the entire recruitment cycle across various sourcing platforms
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills and strong partnerships with internal and external groups
- Analysed data for strategic recruitment decisions and proficiency with HR technologies and social media for recruitment.
