Overall Job Purpose:

The overarching goal of the Corporate Affairs Lead, PRA, is to lead overall development and execution of brand value and access strategies across innovations in Cardiometabolic Health, Neuroscience, Immunology, and Oncology therapeutic areas. This role will shape access strategies that helps get our medicines to more patients in Hong Kong and Macau, faster.

The Corporate Affairs Lead is also one of members in the affiliate management team to support the affiliate identify business enhancement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop the brand value and access strategy, ensuring alignment to brand strategy and lifecycle plan, including but not limited to:

    • Propose price and access strategies for private, Health Authority, and trade sectors

    • Enlistment and reimbursement strategy execution including dossier development, cost effectiveness application to HK, and negotiation with payers

    • Propose and execute affordability strategy, leveraging Patient Support Programs/Alternative Access Programs

    • Provide recommendation for distributor’s tendering process in Hong Kong and Macau

  • Work across boundaries and ensure alignment of strategies with key internal stakeholders across functions and geographies

  • Monitor compliant execution and effectiveness of Patient Support Programs and Alternative Access Programs with measurement and monitoring plans

  • Partner with finance on key business and strategic plan inputs

  • Support contracting process of any access related initiatives

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

  • 2+ years of experience in PRA, corporate affairs, finance, or marketing

  • Ability to leverage data and analytics to create strategy

Skills & Knowledge

  • Deep understanding of healthcare and payer environment, particularly in Hong Kong

  • Self-motivated and obsessed to find creative solutions to improve customer experience

  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal in local language and in English) to propose, lead alignment, and drive optimal decision making internally and externally

  • Strong learning agility and winning mindset

  • Ability to review clinical/scientific literature as well as interpret health outcomes data

  • Ability to measure & evaluate programs and execution

  • Ability to understand regulations and compliance and execute with high integrity
