EquipmentShare is searching for a Manager of Vending Management Program for our rental facility in Phoenix, AZ to support our team as it continues to grow.
EquipmentShare is seeking a Manager of Vending Management Program will oversee warehouse personnel and inventory operations to ensure efficient picking, packing, and distribution for EquipmentShare’s Vending Management Program. This role is responsible for inventory control, process optimization, and team leadership while ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
Primary Responsibilities

Manage computerized inventory systems and reporting functions.

Oversee receiving, processing, picking, packing, and shipping of inventory.

Maintain inventory control for vending machines and ensure stock availability.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements using Lean methodologies.

Ensure quality control for all inbound/outbound products and resolve OS&D issues.
- Supervise warehouse staff and assign daily work schedules.
- Conduct training programs on inventory procedures and safety policies.
- Lead team meetings to discuss performance and process improvements
- Serve as the liaison between warehouse teams, suppliers, and customers.
- Address and resolve inventory, routing, and material issues.
- Communicate inventory updates and operational reports to stakeholders.
- Lead and participate in safety meetings, emergency drills, and training sessions.
- Maintain a safe and clean warehouse environment in compliance with OSHA standards.

Skills & Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED (Preferred: Supply Chain, Business, or related field)
- Experience: 5-10 years in warehouse operations with leadership experience.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems, Windows-based software, and reporting tools.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and team management skills.
- Forklift certification (preferred, per OSHA standards).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical warehouse tasks.
- Comfortable working in high-temperature conditions (100°F+)
