About the role:
Hiring Manager - Transportation for our organization. The position will be based at Plant (Mehsana).
- Manage the end-to-end primary transportation from Plant to MDC and MDC to RDCs.
- Handling total tonnage of 80000 MT. Primary transportation covers multiple vendors (25+) and managing a freight budget of INR 50 crores.
- Ensuring Vendor Management of more than 350MT per day which will expand by after L4
- Ensuring timely flow of stocks to maintain the thruput.
- Detailed day wise planning to ensure quick replenishment to MDC and RDC.
- Initiatives to lead SCA charter
About you
- Candidate with minimum 5 years from FMCG/F&B / or any other related Industry preferred where large transportation volume independently being handled

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage resources and leverage existing data to effectively lead multiple projects.
