What will you do?

  • Oversees and plans change management initiatives that enable desired organizational change with minimum disruption of business processes.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies for projects.
  • Create communication, training and transition plans to support change initiatives.
  • Implements detailed project plans to manage each phase’s timelines, tasks, resources, and dependencies.
  • Conduct stakeholder analyses and readiness assessments to gauge change impacts.
  • Lead and facilitate change management workshops and training sessions.
  • Monitor and evaluate change management efforts through KPIs and success indicators, making course adjustments as needed.
  • Maintains a working knowledge of existing business processes to understand the impact of changes.
  • Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Finance/Accounting experience preferred
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Certifications in Change Management (e.g., Prosci) or Project Management (e.g., PMP) are a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office Programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint).
  • 5+ years’ experience in change management or organizational development, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing change management processes that enhance operational efficiency and employee engagement
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
  • Oversee change management milestones, goals, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy.
  • Assess risks and prioritize projects, ensuring effective delegation and resource allocation.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas clearly.

Pay:

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $112,160.00 - $176,645.00 USD annually for full time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay and bonus earnings.
