Manager of Transaction Management

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing a portfolio of Special Purpose Vehicles ("SPVs") including KYC;
  • In charge of the coordination of transaction closings;
  • Reviewing legal transaction documents;
  • Assisting with onboarding of the companies domiciled with and /or manage by the company, including AML and anti-terrorism financing (including review of onboarding files and acceptance of new transactions on a risk based approach);
  • Handling and coordinating daily management of SPVs;
  • Drafting minutes of Board of Directors meetings and shareholders' meetings;
  • In charge of liquidation of companies;
  • Liaising with clients, advisors, notaries, banks, auditors, liquidators and with other CSC Group Companies;
  • Keeping up-to-date with regulatory requirements and coordinating implementation within the team;
  • Liaising with other CSC group companies;
  • Completing timesheets accurately and timely and review timesheets of team members.


What technical skills, experience and qualifications do you need?

  • More than 8 years of experience at a corporate service provider, a bank or another financial institution.
  • Master's degree in corporate or commercial Law or equivalent.
  • knowledge of EU Capital market / Securitisation / Real Estate / Private Equity.
  • a team player in international environment.
  • professional, friendly demeanor.
  • enthusiastic, self-motivated and flexible.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Conscientious and diligent, with high attention to detail.
  • excellent interpersonal, client, team management and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken. German would be an advantage; any other European language is a plus.
