The Goal

As the Total Rewards Senior Analyst, you will provide support and guidance to local business partners and/or functional department heads in a matrix environment. Responsible for administering, designing, analysing, and implementing compensation, benefits and recognition programs that align with the company's overall business strategy and objectives across all countries in which we have operations.

What you’ll be doing

  • Compensation Analysis – Conduct comprehensive salary benchmarking; Salary survey data submissions & analysis of salary data and trends; Support the Head of Total Rewards in annual internal salary range analysis and job family architecture

  • Benefits Administration – Evaluate benefit plans including vendors and providers; Manage and administer employee benefits program; Support development and implementation of communication strategies surrounding employee benefits

  • Incentive Programs – Evaluate and monitor the effectiveness of incentive programs with a data-driven approach; Support the design and implementation of variable pay programs such as bonus plans and sales incentives

  • Compliance and Governance – Ensure compensation and bonus plans adhere to local laws, regulations and internal policies; Support audits and reporting requirements; Support annual regulatory reporting i.e. Gender Pay Gap

  • Data Analysis and Reporting - Utilize HR analytics tools to gather and analyse data on compensation, benefits and rewards; Generate regular reports and presentations to HR Leadership and Senior Management

  • Communication and Training - Collaborate with HR and Talent Development teams to develop training materials on total rewards programs; Conduct workshops and training sessions to ensure effective understanding and utilization of total reward offerings

The Player

What you’ll bring

  • Expert in Microsoft Office (Work, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

  • Ability to manage time and projects effectively

  • Business acumen, being able to understand company finances, resourcing and the ultimate aims of the business is important

  • Intercultural awareness

  • Team player adaptable and proactive

Education and Experience

  • University degree, majoring in human resources and/or reward management, business studies, social science or economy or relevant equivalent experience.

  • Proven Total Reward experience in a similar industry/ environment

  • Influence and resilience within a matrix organisation structure

  • Professional expertise in employment law issues as they pertain to Total Rewards, e.g. equal pay and Gender Pay Gap

  • Fluent in the English language, written and spoken

Nice to haves

  • MBA

  • Certificate or diploma in business analysis

  • Experience of HR operational aspects (Talent availability, Salary and Benefit, Legal/ Labour Compliance, Income Tax, Social Context)

  • Experience in the industrial industry

Working Environment

Standard Office Environment. May be required to travel and/or have overnight trips.  Hours worked may exceed regular schedule.
