Priority1, Inc. , a dynamic nationwide company, is now seeking an experienced Temperature-Controlled transportation sales professional for business-to-business product/service sales at our flagship location in Little Rock, AR. Priority1 is a premier consulting and contract logistics company, specializing in LTL, Truckload, Temperature-Controlled, Air Freight, and Warehouse Services. We are growing at a rapid pace, and we are looking to add a Manager of Temperature-Controlled Sales to actively sell our Refrigerated Product.

The Manager of Temperature-Controlled Sales position offers potential candidates the opportunity to sell Priority1’s refrigerated product into medium and large businesses.
This sales position is focused on new business acquisition. The freight shipping industry has an

- Prospecting New Business
- Develop Lead Generation and Utilize CRM to Track Activity
-Securing RFP’s & RFQ’s from potential new customers
-Completing RFP’s & RFQ’s to potential customers with the help of the Temperature-Controlled department resources
- Selling and Setting Up New Accounts
- Managing Accounts You Sell
-While this role will start as an individual producer, the long-term plan is to build out a team under this individual that exclusively sells our Temperature-Controlled Product. At that point this position will have managerial duties.

Requirements for the Manager of Temperature-Controlled Sales
- 5+ year’s Temperature-Controlled sales experience, in a 3PL setting required.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred (Ideal courses in business, marketing and/or communication)
- Naturally enthusiastic and energetic
- Polished and professional appearance and demeanor
- Determined to be part of a winning team

- Base Salary [negotiable] + Uncapped Commission
