Your Impact:
- As a Java Architect and Manager, you will lead the development of high-end technology solutions for our clients, focusing on core Java, databases, and messaging systems.
- You will guide development, design, user interface, technology integration, and overall project architecture.
- You will manage and support the technical team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality code, and will engage in client-facing activities, including business development and relationship-building.
Your Skills & Experience:
- Extensive software development experience with expertise in Java 8+ and knowledge of the latest Java 9 features
- Strong experience with multithreading, data structures (e.g., hashmaps), ER modeling, transaction management (across databases and queues), and locking strategies
- Deep knowledge of OOP, algorithms, and data structures
- Proficient in writing high-quality code with full automated unit test coverage (JUnit, Mockito, etc.)
- Experience defining and applying design standards, patterns, and quality metrics
- Strong experience with CI/CD tools and messaging technologies
- Familiarity with data platforms (relational and/or NoSQL), MVC frameworks like Spring, and web services (REST, SOAP), including microservices architecture
- Experience with high-performance application tuning and profiling
