PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB: 

The works would cover the entities in Asia Pacific and the countries that the commercial/ sourcing entities would operate (“the region”)

Tax provision review works of the entities of the Group for the US GAAP and local GAAP reporting Tax compliance works and the transfer pricing documentation TP audit cases and various enquiries from the tax office Tax clearance works and related liquidation works of certain entities in the region Advisory work on different transactions and restructuring projects in the region Withholding tax issues and filing arising from different transactions in the region.

Functional Competencies:

The role needs to handle more markets/ entities including:

• PAL, TH Asia, PVH Commerce SH, PVH Shanghai, TH Trading and TH Apparel Shanghai, PVH Japan and other commercial entities in Asia

• Supply entities including PVH FE, PVH Kenya

• India branch and the new India subsidiary for GOC and Supply operations

Here are his major role and competencies:

Tax Reporting – He/ She supports the Tax Director working on the regular actual and forecast tax reporting. 

Tax compliance – He/ She handles the tax compliances of PAL and the subsidiaries and the supply entities

Special projects – He/ She has to handle the tax audit and tax clearance work on different cases covering the countries such as HK, India, Egypt, Kenya

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience:  

Four to five years’ working experience in big 4 firms/ commercial firms in tax practices

Education:  

Holding of the professional qualifications of CPA is a preference

Skills:

Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
