Faherty is looking for a dynamic Manager of Talent Acquisition to play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent for our HQ teams. This position will oversee full-cycle recruiting, optimize hiring processes, and enhance the candidate experience. Temporary (3-month) position | 30 hours per week | Potential for extension
What you’ll do:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for open HQ positions, ensuring an efficient and engaging process.
- Train and support HQ hiring managers on best practices for our ATS (Greenhouse) and interview processes.
- Ensure job descriptions are up-to-date, inclusive, and aligned with our brand values.
- Partner with the Director of People Operations on onboarding strategies to ensure a seamless new hire experience.
- Collaborate on workforce planning to anticipate and address future staffing needs.
- Proactively build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Optimize ROI of recruitment investments, including LinkedIn Recruiter and our ATS (Greenhouse).
- Maintain data integrity within the ATS and track key recruiting metrics.
- Continuously improve the candidate experience across all touchpoints.
- Identify and manage external recruitment partners and talent networks.
- Stay informed on state and federal employment laws to ensure compliance.
What you’ll have:
- 4-5+ years of talent acquisition experience, ideally within a fast-paced retail or fashion environment.
- A track record of developing innovative and scalable recruiting strategies.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- A passion for sourcing top talent through creative and diverse methods.
- Ability to coach and guide hiring managers through the recruitment process.
- Intellectual curiosity, sense of urgency, and a continuous improvement mindset.
- A strong work ethic and a “no task is too small” mentality.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally at all levels of an organization.
- Solid HR knowledge and understanding of employment laws.
- Experience with Greenhouse and Rippling is preferred.
We aim to pay competitively for our size and industry. The base salary range for this position is $55.00- $65.00 USD, but we will consider location, skill level and experience to determine the final offer.
