We are seeking a dedicated Inorganic Recruitment Specialist to join our team. This role involves identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for positions that focus on inorganic growth and development within organisation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, excellent communication skills, and a keen understanding of the industry.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Creating and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Overseeing the entire recruitment process, from posting to onboarding.

Identifying and sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.

Researching, planning, and implementing new recruitment pipeline initiatives such as future leaders/ recruiters.

Support and drive recruitment related digital transformation and adaptation such as Website and career presentation app.

Supporting, involved in ideation and execution of all recruitment strategy and activities to achieve Recruitment and new agent activation goals.

Setting goals for the business development team and developing strategies to meet those goals.
Job Requirements:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in insurance/ financial services industry.

Bachelor’s Degree in any studies.

Experienced in either Agency Training, Strategic Development, Agency Development or Strategic Business Planning is an added value.

Skilled in developing inorganic recruitment infrastructure.

Proficiency in sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.

Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and data to improve agency recruitment processes.

Strong project management skills and keen understanding of strategic development planning and execution.

Demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communications skills in English.

Ability to work under pressure and management of timelines and production.
