About The Role 

As a Manager, Strategic Partnerships Marketing, you will play a key role in developing and executing innovative marketing initiatives that drive revenue from brand partners across myriad categories. Sitting within the Strategic Partnerships division, this role bridges creative storytelling and business strategy, ensuring successful partnerships from ideation to execution. The role collaborates closely with sales, marketing, and cross-functional stakeholders to create high-impact programs that align with brand partner and goop objectives.  

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and lead proposal ideation, create compelling pitch decks for major accounts within the goop Strategic Partnerships division 
  • Oversee the execution of sold programs and partnerships, serving as the primary point of contact for all post-sale communications with internal teams and external partners 
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and cross-functional teams to brainstorm and develop strategic initiatives that drive revenue and enhance client engagement across all goop platforms 
  • Conceptualize and launch new goop tentpole products, develop persuasive sales materials, and drive successful partner sell-through 
  • Engage with senior leadership, contributing insight, ideas and strategy 
  • Conduct in-depth market research to uncover trends, opportunities, and insights that support marketing and sales strategies 
  • Analyze and compile post-campaign wrap reports and case studies, delivering key learnings and performance insights 

Qualifications & Experience 

  • 6–8 years of experience in marketing, strategic partnerships, or a related field 
  • Extensive knowledge of digital and experiential marketing 
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in presenting to both internal and external stakeholders 
  • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships with key stakeholders and partners 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel, with expertise in PowerPoint, Keynote, and Canva 

FAQ 

  • Compensation: $90,000 - $100,000 + Equity. This is a full-time, exempt role. Please note that this range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for the New York, NY or Los Angeles, CA-based position. Goop, in good faith, reasonably expects to pay the position within this salary range. Goop provides the salary range in compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws. The actual base salary will depend on numerous factors such as: experience, training, knowledge and skills, and if the location of the job changes.
