Content Creation & Strategy

  • Support content development by writing and editing posts that effectively communicate Slack’s brand and products to key audiences.

  • Partner with social media specialists and creative teams to create, optimize, and distribute engaging content that resonates with Slack’s community.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in social media operations, analytics, content strategy, or a related field.

  • Expertise in social media operations and performance measurement tools. Experience analyzing and translating social media metrics into actionable recommendations.
