Ferguson is currently seeking a Manager of Sales Project Management Team to join our team! This position is responsible for overseeing a team of project management associates who manage customer bids, pricing, and order processing for residential multi-family units and productions accounts. This role ensures profitability, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction by closely collaborating with various stakeholders such as builders, designers, outside sales, and internal leadership teams. The leader will guide their team to manage orders, monitor product delivery, and resolve post-delivery service and warranty issues while maintaining high standards of accuracy and customer service.
This is a district-wide supporting role overseeing all aspects of day-to-day business within the Sales Project Management Team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and support the Production Associates to ensure optimal performance and professional growth.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and manage individual and team KPIs.
- Foster a collaborative, customer-focused team environment that drives efficiency and service excellence
- Supervise the preparation and management of customer bids, ensuring accuracy and alignment with the customer’s needs.
- Ensure that the team coordinates effectively with Install, Area Sales Managers, and Outside Sales to determine costs and job scope details.
- Act as the escalation point for complex bid inquiries or issues.
- Oversee the pricing process for bids, working with manager and outside sales to ensure bids are competitive and profitable.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop pricing strategies and handle high-impact customer accounts that cross geographical areas in the district
- Ensure the team works cross-functionally with operations and sales to manage inventory levels in line with production demands.
- Oversee the order management process to ensure timely and accurate order entry, tracking, and milestone management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any discrepancies or delays in the order fulfillment process.
- Support the team in addressing and resolving service, warranty, and parts-related issues
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in sales, production account management, order management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, inventory management tools, and other internal platforms

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
