The Manager, Sales Partnerships will lead and develop a high-performing Sales Partnership team that is primarily responsible for prospecting new clients for DocCafe (a leading physician and advanced practitioner recruitment platform connecting top medical talent with healthcare organizations nationwide).

As the Manager, Sales Partnerships, you will oversee the team’s performance, refine strategies, and optimize processes to maximize success. Unlike traditional sales leadership roles, this position does not manage a book of business. Instead, you will focus on the team’s prospecting clients while tracking team performance, implementing scalable processes, and providing hands-on coaching to drive results.

 Responsibilities: 

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of all DocCafe technology and systems used by the Sales Partnership team, including CRM, phone systems, and reporting tools
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure team success
  • Use data insights to drive strategic improvements in sales prospecting and outreach efforts
  • Serve as the escalation point for team members and provide support for complex client inquiries
  • Build and implement a strategic prospecting plan to generate new business and ensure team success
  • Train and coach team members on best practices, sales techniques, and system utilization
  • Continuously improve processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness

Required Qualifications: 

  • Must have a Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, sales management, or business development, preferably in healthcare staffing, recruitment, or SaaS sales
  • 3+ years’ experience in people management
  • Strong understanding of CRM platforms and reporting tools with the ability to grasp new technologies
  • Proven ability to track and optimize sales-related performance metrics
  • Strong leadership, training, and coaching skills
  • Exceptional communication and organizational abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

Compensation: Aya reasonably anticipates the pay scale for this position to be an annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, plus commission and bonuses.

The pay scale for this position may vary if applicant possesses experience outside of what Aya reasonably anticipates for this position. Bonuses are subject to the role and your manager’s discretion.
