Available Location: Alpharetta, GA   

Hybrid Working: In this role, you will split your time between working at the designated company office in Alpharetta, GA for a minimum of 3 days per week and will work remotely from your home address up to 2 days per week. Any changes to these work locations must follow the appropriate process as outlined in our handbook.  

 

What You'll Do: 

 

As the Manager, Sales Operations you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales operations analysts. Your primary focus will be on driving sales execution, achieving growth objectives, and optimizing sales system processes  

 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

 

Manager of Revenue Operations Functions and Team: 

  • Lead and manage a sales operations team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure their success and professional development 

  • Manage sales analysis and systems projects to drive sales execution and achieve growth objectives 

  • Utilize business intelligence and process improvement techniques to enhance sales performance and optimize operational efficiency 

  • Develop and implement analytic plans to support sales leadership in making data-driven decisions 

  • Take full authority for personnel actions, including hiring, performance management, and employee development 

  • Support and own Sales Tools (e.g. Salesforce, SalesLoft, Docusign, CPQ) 

  • Collaborate with top management to align sales operations and systems strategies with overall business objectives 

  • Provide expertise and support in the use of sales systems, processes, and tools 

  • Utilize Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and other software for effective communication and presentation of sales insights 

  • Adapt and learn various computer systems to effectively manage sales operations 

  • Apply solid analytical thinking skills to break down ambiguous problems and develop optimal solutions 

  • Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills, and project/program management experience 

  • Possess excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, addressing obstacles and roadblocks as needed 

  • Demonstrate commitment to driving actionable outcomes and achieving results 

  • Showcase knowledge and understanding of sales and customer success disciplines 

 

Contract Management 

  • Oversee the systematic end-to-end contract lifecycle, including creation, negotiation, execution, and onboarding handoff. 

  • Maintain oversight of accurate and organized contract records created and stored in Salesforce 

 

Who You Are: 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience 

  • 5+ years of experience in a related area as an individual contributor 

  • 1+ years of management experience, preferred 

  • Proven experience administering and maintaining CRM systems, preferably in a SaaS environment 

  • Strong proficiency in CRM applications, such as Salesforce or similar platforms 

  • Ability to build and customize reports and dashboards to analyze sales data effectively 

  • Familiarity with workflow configuration and automation within CRM systems 

  • Project or program management experience is a plus 

  • Commitment to seeing tasks through to actionable outcomes and achieving results 

  • Demonstrable knowledge and understanding of sales and customer success disciplines 

  • Solid understanding of data security principles and best practices 

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams 

 

 

Physical Considerations: 

 

  • Ability to work in a general office environment 

  • Ability to handle extended periods of computer-based work, including telephone 

  • Ability to work flexible and long hours, as needed, including outside regular business hours and days 

 

 

Travel Considerations: 

 

  • Domestic and/or international travel required, estimated up to 10%
