Responsible for assisting the Senior Manager to support all activities to drive the success of our distribution by providing & guide them with the tools, resources and training necessary to sell health products effectively.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales enablement, excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry. Able to develop and manage all sales collateral tailored for different stages of the customer journey in health segment & have a keen eye for identifying gaps in the sales process and an innovative mindset for optimizing sales performance. The candidate should be a highly skilled market analyst with a proven ability to strategize and implement enablement programs that empower the sales team.
Develop and Implement Sales Enablement Strategies:
- Support the Senior Manager, Sales Enablement by creating and executing sales enablement plans that align with Health North Star strategies.
Training and Development:
- Collaborate with Agency Learning & Development Team / Partnership Distribution Training & Development Team and ensure to deliver training programs to enhance the skills and product knowledge of the distribution, focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends.
- Design and conduct onboarding and training programs for the sales team focused on product knowledge, sales techniques and best practices, and industry trends.
Sales Tools Management:
- Optimize, implement, and manage sales tools and technologies to streamline the health sales process and improve efficiency.
- Evaluate and implement relevant tools to boost productivity and train the sales teams on the effective use of CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
Performance Management:
- Monitor, evaluate and support the distributions on the health sales performance against targets. Recognize and reward high-performing individuals to motivate them focus on health sales.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any fields.
Experience
- Minimum 5-7 years of relevant working experience.
Knowledge
- Possess strategic and forward-thinking skills.
- Possess critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Exposed in project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills with ability to communicate with senior management team, internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to connect the dots.
- Has a good command of written and spoken English.
- Self-motivated and able to work under minimum supervision.
- Demonstrate high willingness to learn and go beyond status quo.
- Works well under pressure, and a good team player.
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel.
