Job Description

We currently have a great opportunity for an SDR Manager to join our motivated and creative Inside Sales team for Growth Markets. 

What you'll do: 

  • ·You will be called upon to lead a team of 6-10 SDRs 

  • ·Train SDRs to identify, contact, and create qualified opportunities 

  • ·Plan for hiring and onboarding new SDR. 

  • ·Work closely with the Demand Gen team to provide feedback on MQLs and campaigns 

  • ·Work closely with Sales and other members of the SDR Leadership team to improve opportunity management and qualification processes 

  • ·Accurately forecasts weekly, monthly, quarterly attainment 

  • Managing and improving Sales Development KPIs 

  • ·Refine the sales pitch and process to achieve optimum results 

  • ·Establish metrics and help the team improve by understanding their performance 

  • Help create a fun, high energy environment where people love coming to work 

 

Who you are and what makes you qualified: 

  • Experience managing a sales team within a SaaS organization  

  • Fluency in Arabic and English 

  • Have a verifiable track record of success and goal attainment in a sales-oriented role 

  • Have a passion for technology and disruptive technology 

  • Have a deep understanding of the role social media plays in business 

  • You have a run-through-a-brick-wall level of drive, passion, and desire for results 

  • Experience in creative outbound reaches
