Location: Hybrid (3 days in office per week) in Allen, TX only

The Sales Development Manager is a leadership position responsible for overseeing and directing a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), and SDR Team Lead(s) in generating leads and constructing sales pipelines. This role ensures that the team achieves its targets through effective coaching, performance management, and strategic planning.

Compensation Range: $101,250 - $117,000
Compensation ranges are determined by role and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the pay range for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Manage SDR team performance through accountability to KPI’s & quotas
- Daily team management and supervision: You'll be responsible for managing the daily activities of your SDRs, ensuring they're on track to meet their targets, and addressing any challenges they may be facing.
- Hire, Train and coach employees to develop outbound prospecting skills
- Partner with business intelligence and sales operations to enhance sales outreach performance
- Work closely with Sales Enablement, and VP of Sales to identify areas of improvement
- Drive SDR performance and develop the career paths of team members
- Ensure messaging and cadences align with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
- Providing real-time coaching and feedback: You'll offer guidance and support to your SDRs, helping them refine their skills, overcome obstacles, and develop their strengths.
- Ensuring adherence to sales processes and best practices: You'll ensure that your team is following established sales processes, leveraging best practices, and utilizing available tools and resources to maximize their efficiency.
- Accurately forecasts weekly, monthly, quarterly attainment
What you'll do:
- Ability to coach and hold team members accountable for results
- Solid understanding of reporting, forecasting, and B2B sales processes
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Outreach, and Tableau
- Experience in sales operations and/or marketing automation software
- Excellent spoken and written English
What you'll bring:
- A high school graduate (or holder of an equivalent degree) with BS/BA preferred
- Strong computer skills, proficient on Mac OSX and Google Platforms (Salesforce a plus)
- 2-5 years of experience as an SDR leader or in another prospecting-related management position
Work Environment & Physical Demands:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer will be required. This role consistently operates standard office equipment such as computers and phones. This is largely a sedentary role but may occasionally require lifting up to 50 pounds, walking, bending, or standing as necessary.
