We are seeking a Revenue Operations Manager who'll be responsible for optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of the revenue-generating operations within the organization. This role focuses on streamlining processes, implementing best practices, and leveraging data to drive performance and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and support the company’s overall revenue objectives.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement revenue strategies.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Support the annual planning process and quarterly revenue forecasting.
  • Evaluate and refine sales and marketing processes to improve efficiency.
  • Ensure data warehouse integrity and develop new reports.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all revenue-related systems.
  • Create and maintain documentation for BI processes and data models.
  • Implement best practices for lead generation, pipeline management, and customer retention.
  • Standardize and document revenue operations processes and workflows.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
  • Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to drive revenue growth.
  • Manage and optimize CRM, marketing automation, and other revenue-related tools.
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across all systems.
  • Evaluate and implement new technologies to support revenue operations.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and customer success teams to ensure alignment.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between departments.
  • Support the implementation of integrated go-to-market strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of revenue-generating teams.
  • Identify training and development needs to enhance team performance.
  • Develop and implement performance improvement plans as needed.
  • Understand the company’s inner workings and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Contribute to the company’s long-term goals while managing short-term tasks.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.  MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related role.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation tools, and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, data warehouse).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in project management and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).
  • Strong storytelling skills, with the capability to create compelling narratives around revenue strategies and operational improvements.
  • In-depth knowledge of the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to deal closure and customer retention.

Compensation:

The base salary range is: $104K - $120K.

The Base Pay Range for this position is based on the industry benchmark for position, function, level and the company's compensation strategies. However, final offers may vary from the amount listed based on geography, candidate experience and expertise, and other objective business. Convoso’s compensation package also includes equity for all eligible U.S full time roles and exceptional benefits, including generous 401k match.
