About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Revenue Operations Manager to work closely with our finance and sales functions. The role holder will support our go-to-market strategy, maintain our systems infrastructure, and support and drive improvements in reporting capabilities. It will also coordinate sales enablement initiatives, and ensure a seamless connection of the revenue funnel to the finance organization. This role will help align our sales, marketing, and customer success functions to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.

What You will be up to :

Go-to-Market Strategy:

  • Support the development and implementation of go-to-market strategies

  • Assist in identifying market opportunities for product launches and market expansions

  • Gather and analyze data on market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic discussions

Systems Management:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of revenue-related technology systems (CRM, marketing automation, etc.) and provide support for the software or reports that connect to them

  • Function as our internal day to day administrator of our Salesforce system

  • Implement and maintain data governance standards and system usage guidelines

  • Identify and implement opportunities for system optimization and recommend improvements

Reporting & Analytics:

  • Build and maintain regular reporting on key revenue metrics

  • Monitor KPIs related to sales performance, pipeline health, and revenue forecasts

  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate business performance to stakeholders

Sales Enablement:

  • Coordinate and execute sales enablement programs and initiatives

  • Work with product and marketing teams to develop and distribute sales collateral

  • Assist in delivering training sessions to enhance sales team effectiveness

We would LOVE to hear from you if you have:

  • 4+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or related fields

  • Strong proficiency with Salesforce and other revenue tech stack tools is required. Salesforce certification would be ideal but not required.

  • Familiarity with Hubspot with the ability to manage data flow/integrations between Hubspot & Salesforce would be preferred

  • Experience in a SaaS/subscription revenue model strongly preferred

  • Experience supporting go-to-market initiatives and understanding of sales processes

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization and reporting

  • Effective communication and project coordination abilities
